ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Sourcing & Vendor Management — Identify, qualify, and onboard suppliers across steel, galvanizing inputs, lubricants/compounds, and IT infrastructure.
- RFQ Negotiation & Competitive Bidding — Run competitive RFQ cycles, benchmark pricing, and close favorable commercial terms to enhance vendor management.
- Purchase Order Lifecycle — Issue, track, and close POs end-to-end; manage MOQ negotiations, delivery schedules, and discrepancy resolution.
- Compliance & QA — Verify ASTM/BS/ISO documentation on incoming materials; maintain supplier files for ICV and audit purposes.
- Logistics Coordination — Work with forwarders and customs brokers on landed cost optimization and shipment tracking across global markets.
- Demand Planning — Align procurement cycles with project timelines and sales forecasts to avoid stock outs or overcommitment.

WHAT WE EXPECT
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or Engineering; CIPS or equivalent preferred.
- 5–8 years experience within the UAE, preferably in trading, distribution, or EPC linked supply chains.
- Proven negotiation track record with measurable cost savings on direct categories, particularly in RFQ negotiation.
- Working knowledge of incoterms, LC-based trade, and customs documentation.
- Comfortable operating with high autonomy in a lean, fast-moving team.
